BANANA CAKE - Breakfast /snack

Wheat + sugar free (and still tasty I promise!)

  • 3 over-ripe bananas

    200g ground almonds

    3 eggs

    100g desicated coconut

    Add dark choc chips if you like

  • Mash up the bananas with a fork. Chuck everything else in and mix well. Line a small loaf tin with baking paper and cook on GM5 for approx 20 mins.
